Meditation Meditation has been with us since the dawn of man. It is our principle means of establishing a one-to-one relationship with a spiritual essence, which may encompass many spiritual forms and images. Spiritual images form a bond between reality of life and the religious, the mystical and other psychic-affiliated connections. We meditate to raise our internal awareness. Through this heightened awareness, we will recognise rewards when received and prayers after being answered, that otherwise may pass by unnoticed. There are many different meditation techniques one can utilise to help focus the calling for spirits. It will take dedication over a prolonged period of time to practice and recognise the results. The results may appear suddenly, but most likely will come very gradually and subtly. Meditation can help in the development of projected floating images, bodily auras, distant projections and a number of other mental manifestations; but, foremost, it will balance the body and the spirit to achieve the highest possible convention of harmony.
